Corrie Freece
Fantasy Author | Creator of Antihero of Anthina and Eclipse
Corrie Freece is a fantasy writer whose stories explore moral conflict, resilience, and the search for truth in fractured worlds. In particular, her work spans both epic fantasy and cyberpunk fantasy, blending character-driven storytelling with imaginative settings. For example, her upcoming novel Antihero of Anthina follows Myra as she discovers that the power meant to save her is instead slowly killing her. As a result, Myra is forced to flee a corrupt council and join a rebellion determined to restore peace to the nation. Meanwhile, Corrie’s cyberpunk fantasy project Eclipse, set five hundred years after a devastating solar catastrophe, follows a city-born survivor named Ten who captures a mysterious spellbound called Rain. However, Ten soon uncovers a secret powerful enough to reshape the world. Ultimately, Corrie writes to explore difficult themes with honesty and grace, hoping readers feel seen, heard, and respected through the stories she tells.

Killian A. Bies
Epic Fantasy Author | Creator of the Varis Mogul Saga
Killian A. Bies writes epic fantasy set in the world of Varis Mogul, a realm shaped by ancient myth, divine struggle, and the rise and fall of empires. His debut novel, The Song for Light and Dark: The Morrow’s Dawn, introduces Ulfar Val, a poor village boy whose life changes when his father disappears without explanation.
Years later, a mysterious letter sends Ulfar across the continent of Onu-Arith. Along the way, he uncovers forgotten relics and faces powerful enemies. Eventually, he discovers that his journey connects to the fate of the lost Valkorian Empire.
Like many fantasy writers, Killian grew up fascinated by mythology, language, and the vast worlds found in the stories he loved. Over time, that fascination pushed him to create his own setting filled with history, cultures, and legends. Today, the world of Varis Mogul continues to grow through his expanding fantasy series.
However, after studying the traditional publishing industry, Killian noticed how often authors lose control of their work. As a result, he co-founded Virtus Lagoon Publishing with his friend Evan Paul. Together, they built the kind of publishing house they wished existed. Their goal remains simple: give authors control of their rights, protect their creative freedom, and treat them as true partners in the publishing process.
